Gemstone Clarity Grades
We use the following grading scale to describe the clarity of the gems we sell. We grade very strictly so you wont be disappointed when you receive your gem.
VVS (very, very small inclusions) = Very small inclusions under 10x magnification, difficult to find.
VS (very small inclusions) = A few small inclusions recognizable under 10x magnification.
Eye clean = Several small inclusions easily recognizable under 10x loupe magnification but do not distract from the brilliance or beauty of the gem.
I ( included) = Inclusions visible to the unaided eye.
