We value our customers privacy. Any information collected on this site is strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone for any reason. We retain customer addresses for future shipping and wholesale business license numbers. We do not receive or store any credit card information. All transactions made through this site are handled through VeriSign and are encrypted for your protection.
Shipping Policy
We ship as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm PST). We ship FREE (minimum $20.00 purchase) within the USA by USPS Priority mail or UPS ground with delivery confirmation and all necessary insurance. Other shipping options for faster delivery are available at additional costs.
Refund and Return Policy
We believe the return of an item should be as easy as the purchase. We have an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products unless otherwise noted. If for ANY reason you would like to return the item within 30 days from your purchase date, you may simply email us and we will send you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. All orders are shipped with a return label for your convenience. After we receive the item back in original condition we will refund your money less shipping and handling fees. We do not charge any restocking fees. You are responsible for return shipping and any necessary insurance. In order to prevent theft, please do not mark the package with any reference to gems or other valuable items.
Information Represented on The site
All information represented on the site is to the best of our knowledge accurate. Typos and other mistakes may occur, such as an inaccurate price, and Majestic Gems will not be held liable for these mistakes. Gem photography is extremely difficult. We have made every attempt to represent the gems as accurately as possible. All of the gemstone images are magnified to show detail. Images and colors on the site may vary depending on your monitor.
Right To Cancel Sales
Majestic Gems reserves the right to cancel any sale for any reason. Some possible reasons include fraudulent or suspicious credit card use, an item damaged before shipping, or incorrect information was provided on the web site related to the item.
